The Engineer’s Reports contain the following important information about the Assessment Districts:

• An overview of the District including a diagram showing the boundaries of the assessment district
• A description of the history and process used to form the particular assessment district
• The methodology used to allocate benefit units to each parcel in the assessment district
• Services provided by the District and funded by the assessments and a description of the benefits received by properties
• An estimate of the cost of the services to be provided during the fiscal year
•  A summary of the previous years’ assessments
